FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

1. When is Summer Kids Camp this year?

Being Human will be running from July 8th-12th, and July 15th-19th 2019. This year, we have 3 options for camp: a mornings only preschool camp for our little friends, a gradeschool camp for kids who have finished Kindergarten up to those who have completed Grade 4, and a separate week of our new junior youth camp for older kids in Grades 5 & 6. Preschool camp goes from 9am-11:15am, and Gradechool and Junior Youth CampS go from 9am-3:30pm. Preschool Camp is $25/child, Gradeschool Camp is $50/child, Youth Camp is $50/child.

2. How can I register?

We’re going with a completely online registration process this year so you won’t be able to download or pick up paper registration forms. You’ll find the registration at www.eventbrite.ca, or if you’d like to get directly to the page for Being Human you can click the link on the homepage of our website: www.ebap.ca. Registration will open at 9pm on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019. We’re hoping this makes it a little easier for people to register from wherever they are instead of having to drop a form off during our office hours.

3. When does registration open?

Registration opens at 9pm on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019.

4. Is there a waitlist?

We do have a limited number of spaces available in each camp so when we reach our maximum you can go on the waitlist. If someone else drops out of the camp or if we’re able to open up more space you’ll be notified by email and sent a link to claim your space within 24 hours before it’s offered to the next person on the list. The waitlist will hold spaces in the order the registrations are received.

5. I have a child in Kindergarten this year – which camp should I choose for their registration?

It’s entirely up to you. Please keep in mind that the Gradeschool camp holds a lot of content and the days are full and long for little bodies. We trust you to know your child’s capacity.
